THE CITY OF READING ORDAINS:

Certificate of registration fee. That all precious metal and gem dealers who shall apply to the Reading City Police Department for a certificate of registration pursuant to Enrolled House Bill No. 4014 shall pay a fee of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars to cover the reasonable cost of processing and issuing the certificate of registration.

Effective date. This ordinance is declared to be an emergency ordinance which is immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace and safety and is therefore to have immediate effect.
