An ordinance to regulate the sale of liquor on Sundays within the City of Reading.

THE CITY OF READING ORDAINS THAT:

Sale for consumption on premises; hours. No person, persons, co-partnership, or corporation authorized by the Michigan State Liquor Control Commission to sell liquors within the limits of the City of Reading by retail "for consumption on the premises" shall make such sale or sales to any person or persons on any Sunday between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Effective date. This Ordinance to take effect 10 days after adoption by the City Council.
