40.000 PARKING OF VEHICLE WITH TRAILER ATTACHED* Ord. No. 17b Adopted: August 6, 1962

THE CITY OF READING ORDAINS:
40.001 Parking regulations, Main Street between Michigan and
Cherry.
Sec. 1. It shall hereafter be unlawful for the owner or
driver of any truck or of any passenger vehicle with trailer
attached to park said truck or said passenger vehicle with
trailer attached on Main Street in the City of Reading, between
Michigan Street on the north and Cherry Street on the south.
40.002 Determining person responsible for violation.
Sec. 2. In any proceeding for violation of the provisions of
this ordinance when the identity of the driver of such motor
vehicle cannot be determined, the person in whose name the
vehicle is registered shall be prima facie, responsible for such
violation.
40.003 Violation a civil infraction.
Sec. 3. Violation of this ordinance shall be a civil
infraction and shall be processed as such.
